Working Out Loud is a method and a mindset which enables us

1. to learn digital collaboration in a self-organized way

2. to make our work visible ans

3. to build sustainable networks systematically.

As a result we become a more connected company, develop skills and a mindset that helps us to handle the challenges of the digital transformation and to grow personally.

This happens in a peer group of 3-5 people, 1 hour a week in a journey of 12 units.

Was ist WOL – Working out loud?

WOL ist eine Methode und eine Denkweise, die es ermöglicht,

1. digitale Zusammenarbeit in einem selbstorganisierten Umfeld zu lernen
2. systematisch nachhaltige Netzwerke aufzubauen
3. unsere Arbeit sichtbar zu machen

Daraus ergibt sich, dass wir zu einer vernetzteren Firma werden und Fähigkeiten und eine Denkweise entwickeln, die uns bei den Herausforderungen der digitalen Transformation helfen. Darüber hinaus hilft es auch bei der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.

Wie läuft es ab?

Eine Gruppe aus 4-5 Personen, trifft sich ein Mal in der Woche persönlich oder virtuell über einen Zeitraum von 12 Wochen mit aufeinander aufbauenden Guides für jede Woche. Die Gruppe wird als „Working out loud“ Circle bezeichnet.
